If that wasn’t enough, there’s also a bright and airy sunroom, an open plan lounge with a fantastic kitchen, and a spacious dining room where you and your loved ones can gather and enjoy your meals together.

The property offers a variety of well-appointed social spaces that cater to a range of leisure and entertainment needs. The lounge is a modern space, perfect for relaxation and socialising. It is equipped with a sizeable 85-inch smart TV and offers a view of the open-plan kitchen, combining entertainment and culinary activities into a seamless experience​​. Additionally, the dining room provides a stylish setting that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests at once. This space overlooks a quaint back garden area, which houses a hot tub and a sauna, providing an intimate view of these luxury amenities and enhancing the overall dining experience​.

Moreover, the property boasts a serene outdoor area located in front of the sunroom. This area presents lovely sea views and includes a picnic table, offering guests a peaceful space to enjoy the scenic environment​. For those looking for relaxation and rejuvenation, the hot tub provides a perfect blend of warm bubbles and cool fizz, offering an indulgent spa-like experience​. Adjacent to the hot tub is a sauna that seats four, complete with mood lighting and music, enhancing the relaxation experience​​. The kitchen, modern and functional, includes a large integrated larder fridge, a freezer, and a separate wine fridge. It is equipped with two ovens, a hob, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker, providing everything you need for self-catering during your stay​​.

Things to Note

• There is a 7 x 3 metre patio outside the sunroom with a table for 8 to sit at. Please note this is a quiet area.
• If you want to come in and decorate before your group arrives, we can let a few people in as housekeeping may be ongoing (no Sellotape is permitted on walls).
• Space for 5-6 cars maximum, bus stops outside and trains at nearby Wemyss Bay
