Come and explore our three riverside self-catering properties. Each one has its own unique charm and is perfect for a relaxing break. You’ll be surrounded by nature, but still just a short drive from local attractions. Whether you’re after peace and quiet or a bit of exploring, you’ll find the perfect spot here to unwind and make some great memories.

Property One

This beautiful, traditional stone barn has been thoughtfully converted and is full of character. It’s a listed property with two spacious double bedrooms that guests often say offer the best night’s sleep. There’s a large walk-in shower, a well-equipped bathroom, and a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

There’s also a lovely mezzanine level – the perfect place to curl up with a book or just enjoy the peaceful river views. The property has an open fireplace which you’re welcome to use, though please only burn smokeless fuel, as we’re in a conservation area.

This is a dog-friendly property – we allow up to 2 dogs to join you. We do like to chat with guests about their pets before confirming a booking.

Property Two

Also part of the converted listed barn, this charming property has a cosy, welcoming feel. Decorated in warm greens and pinks, it combines 19th-century character with modern comforts. You’ll find lovely exposed oak beams, a fully equipped kitchen, and a contemporary bathroom.

Set in large, peaceful grounds, the property also gives you access to our seasonally heated outdoor swimming pool. And if you’re in the mood for walking, there are some fantastic countryside routes right outside.

This is another dog-friendly property – we welcome up to 2 medium-sized dogs, but again, we like to discuss this with guests before confirming bookings.

Property Three

Tucked away on the first floor of the barn, this one-bedroom property is a cosy and peaceful retreat. It’s set up as a hypoallergenic space, making it a great option for anyone with sensitivities.

The views over the poolside gardens are a lovely bonus, and it’s a perfect base for countryside walks or a romantic break.

This property is not dog-friendly, as it’s kept pet-free for guests who need a hypoallergenic environment.

• The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests only.
• Children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult. No exceptions.​
• Security deposit of £125 per cottage.
