Recently renovated and styled by a local interior designer, it’s got a luxurious yet relaxed feel, designed entirely for your comfort.

After a day sightseeing or a night out in Brighton, the roof terrace is the perfect spot to unwind. It’s a peaceful, raised sun terrace with plenty of comfy seating – ideal for chilling with drinks or firing up a BBQ.

Inside, the house is spacious and easy to relax in. There’s a huge open-plan lounge, a drinks area, and a dining room, all filled with cosy sofas, cushions, and a smart TV with Netflix. There are lots of little nooks to curl up in and chat, too.

The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for cooking for a big group, with everything you need – tea, coffee, cooking essentials, and more. The open-plan layout means you can chat while cooking or preparing cocktails before a night out.

There are six light and airy bedrooms – two with king-size beds and four with twin beds – plus five comfy sofa beds with full-size double mattresses in the bedrooms. There are plenty of bathrooms too: two large ones with two-person showers, a roll-top bath, an extra shower room, and a separate toilet. All have toiletries, towels, and hairdryers provided.

A travel crib and high chair are available on request, along with family-friendly amenities.

This is a unique house with a calm, relaxing vibe that makes it a really special place to stay in Brighton.

Parking is available nearby but is paid (around £15 per 24 hours, about a 5-minute walk).
