This characterful retreat has 8 bedrooms and sleeps 17. Perfect for an escape in Herefordshire with you family and friends.

The house has a big, modern farmhouse kitchen with a dining table that seats 17. There are two dishwashers, a washing machine, two electric double ovens, two fridges, a large freezer and a microwave.

The spacious, timber-framed living area has a flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD and iPod dock, plus plenty of sofas so everyone can get comfy. There are family games to hand as well.

Bedrooms

Downstairs:

• 1 twin room (beds can be zipped together to make a super-king)

• 1 bunk room for adults, with a double on the bottom and a single on top

• Cloakroom (toilet and sink)

• Bathroom (shower over bath)

Upstairs:

• 4-poster room with en-suite

• 1 king-size room

• 1 double room

• 2 twins (both can be zipped to super-king; one has an en-suite)

• 1 twin room

• Bathroom (shower over bath)

Outside, there’s a mature garden with a barbecue, sandpit and table tennis table, plus plenty of parking. Dogs are welcome too.
