When you walk into the house, you’re greeted by a big entrance hall — there’s even a lift if you need it.

Head across and you’ll find a spacious ground floor family room that’s fully accessible and comes with a large en-suite walk-in shower. Just a few steps away is the amazing cinema room, with an 85” smart TV and surround sound — perfect for movie nights.

Take the oak staircase up and you’ll reach the beautiful kitchen and dining area. The kitchen’s large and well-equipped, and the dining room has a stunning farmhouse-style oak table that seats 20 people comfortably.

The living room is full of character, with original beams, plenty of comfy seating, a wood-burning stove, and even a piano if you fancy a tune. Off to the side, there’s a snug with another wood burner — the perfect spot to curl up with a book in the rocking chair.

From the living room, stairs lead up to a charming attic bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite featuring a big walk-in shower.

Take the stairs down from the living room and you’ll find three more bedrooms: a spacious super king with en-suite in the old stable, a king-size with an en-suite including a freestanding bath, and another super king (zip-and-link) that can be made into twins on request.

The master bedroom is something special — up the lit staircase from the dining room, it’s full of character with exposed beams and a gorgeous en-suite featuring a double shower, dual basins, and a freestanding bath.

In the adjacent barn, there’s another en-suite bedroom with three single beds and a shower room.

Outside, the grounds are just as impressive — beautifully kept lawns and patios, with multiple hot tubs where you can soak up the amazing views.

Towards the back of the main house, the wellbeing suite offers total relaxation, with a sauna and steam room.

For a bit of fun, the games room is just across from the main house and comes with a pool table and bar area — ideal for friendly competitions or evening drinks.

Everything here has been designed for comfort, fun, and relaxation, so you and your group can make the most of this private slice of luxury in the Cumbrian countryside.
