The Auld Farmhouse, Cornwall

These 3 properties have a total of 13 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 28 guests. They are surrounded by picturesque Cornwall countryside and it’s the perfect for groups of friends and family get togethers.

Accommodation One – 4 Bedrooms / Sleeps 10 / No Dogs
This place has its own private garden with a big patio, a small play frame for kids and plenty of parking.

Upstairs you’ll find a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, a twin room, a king-size room and a family room with a king-size bed, bunk beds and an ensuite. There’s also a large king-size bedroom with an ensuite downstairs.

The dining room is spacious, with a locally made table that seats 10. The separate kitchen is well equipped and has a large electric range. Under the stairs there’s a little snug for children with a TV and DVD player. The lounge has a log burner, an oak floor, a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and a music system. Big sliding doors open onto the patio and the south-facing garden, which gets plenty of sun.

Accommodation Two – 5 Bedrooms / Sleeps 10 / No Dogs
The open-plan kitchen and dining area has slate floors with underfloor heating, making it a warm and welcoming space. There’s seating for 10 at the dining table, an electric range cooker and an American-style fridge-freezer.

Downstairs there are two double bedrooms, both ensuite. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms: one twin/zip-link king with an ensuite, one bunk room and a large king room. There’s also a big family bathroom with both a bath and shower.

The lounge has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with Freeview and a Blu-ray player, and the log burner is brilliant for cosy evenings.

Outside, the fully enclosed garden has a barbecue and garden furniture. In the shed you’ll find a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there’s an outside hose for rinsing wetsuits.
The house has its own parking spaces at the front for several cars, plus a 7kW type 2 EV charger.

Accommodation Three – 4 Bedrooms / Sleeps 8 / Dog Friendly

This property is ideal for anyone wanting a relaxed, peaceful break and is our first high-end cottage that welcomes dogs. The open-plan kitchen/diner is great for cooking up a feast, with a large electric range and a generous wine fridge.

The lounge is perfect for putting your feet up, especially with the log burner lit on cooler evenings.

A small enclosed courtyard, which gets both morning and afternoon sun, is accessible from the lounge.

All four bedrooms are upstairs and have their own ensuite. On the right are two double rooms—one with a bath and one with a shower. On the left you’ll find a king room and a zip-and-link twin/superking, both with showers.

There’s plenty of parking outside, including a 7kW type 2 EV charger, and the cottage is set at the quieter end of the site, close to the Woodland Fun area.
