This stunning 5 bedroom coastal holiday home is located in Kent and provides the perfect setting for gatherings of families and friends.

The property has been thoughtfully renovated to create a spacious holiday home with a fun, quirky style and plenty of cosy comfort.

Settle into one of the colourful bedrooms, with comfy beds, hotel-quality linen and lots of throws to snuggle into. With three bathrooms, there’s no need to worry about queues in the morning.

Make breakfast on the range in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather around the big wooden table or relax on the sofas for a chat before heading out for the day.

When you get back, curl up in front of the woodburner in the cosy living room and watch Netflix or play a few board games. The kids can watch their own shows in the separate downstairs living room, which even has its own kitchen. Or, if you fancy staying in, fire up the BBQ under the pergola in the secluded walled garden, surrounded by greenery.

There’s free on-street parking, usually just a few metres from the door. If it’s busy, you can normally find a space on nearby streets. Just a note — there are quite a few steps both into and around the property. You’ll have private access to the whole place.

We provide luxury liquid soap, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and loo roll in all the bathrooms to get you started.

The two twin rooms can be made up as king-size beds if you prefer. They’re set as singles by default, so just let us know in advance if you’d like them changed.

Only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed unless arranged beforehand.

No smoking of any kind is allowed inside.

Firewood can be provided for an extra cost — a full basket is £15.
