Ramblers Retreat, Cumbria

This lovely place has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. There’s a 5-seater hot tub where you can sit back, relax, and soak up the beautiful views of the Eden Valley – perfect for families or groups of friends. The property is spacious and modern, with large oak beams and stone floors, creating a bright and welcoming space to unwind, celebrate, and enjoy your holiday.

The four bedrooms are split between the ground and first floors, each with its own en-suite shower room. There’s also a large family bathroom with a big walk-in shower and bath. For sleeping arrangements, one room has a super king bed, one has a king-size, and the other two have zip-linked beds that can be set up as twins if needed – ideal for families, friends, or larger groups.

Outside, you’ll have your own private garden with seating, a charcoal BBQ, and the hot tub overlooking the valley. If you fancy a drink as the sun goes down, there’s also a fire pit to the front of the property – the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the hills and stargaze under the dark night skies. There’s plenty of parking too.

For electric car drivers, there are three 7kW tethered EV chargers in the parking area. Just let us know if you’d like to use them, and we’ll give you the passcode. Because of current electricity rates, we charge for usage based on what you use, rather than a flat fee. Each charger has a meter, and we’ll settle up by card at the end of your stay at the current rate per kWh.
