The house boasts amazing views, making it the perfect spot to unwind. There’s nothing quite like sitting on the front terrace and watching the boats go by.

Inside, there’s a dining area next to a split-level drawing/TV room, both with open views over the water. A self-contained study off the hallway is great if you need to catch up on work while away. At the back, the well-equipped kitchen and breakfast room overlooks the rear garden. Off the kitchen, you’ll find a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, freezer, and a downstairs toilet. There’s also a table tennis room and a “sunroom” off the rear terrace – perfect for drying wetsuits and storing the BBQ. The house has gas central heating throughout.

Upstairs, there are five bedrooms: a master with a super king and en-suite shower, one king, and three twin rooms. The family bathroom has a bath, toilet, bidet, and washbasin, plus there’s a separate shower room with a toilet and washbasin. A large airing cupboard sits off the spacious landing.
