Outside, there’s a large enclosed garden with a children’s play area, raised patio, and a sheltered dining spot with a charcoal BBQ. From here, you can enjoy the amazing views down to the local beach, just a short walk away. There’s even a hot tub for relaxing after a day exploring the coast.

Whether you fancy surfing, walking the stunning Cornish Coast Path, celebrating with friends and family, or just chilling out in beautiful surroundings, this place has it all.

Inside, you’ll find a slated porch with room for coats and wellies, leading down a few steps to a fully equipped kitchen with a double-range oven, large fridge, and separate freezer. The kitchen opens into a big dining room with a wood burner and a large table to seat everyone. There are two lounges – both with wood burners and widescreen TVs. The largest lounge has double doors opening to the patio, garden furniture, and BBQ, with breathtaking valley views.

On the ground floor, there’s a twin bedroom, two singles, a family bathroom with an over-bath raindrop shower, a separate WC and shower, and access to the annexe.

Upstairs, there are two large family bedrooms with king-size beds and a single, both with en-suite walk-in raindrop showers; two double bedrooms (one en-suite, one sharing a bathroom); a single bedroom; and another family bathroom with an over-bath shower.

You can also accommodate 10 more guests in two smaller properties at the same location.
