The property offers plenty of space for up to eight people, with flexible bed setups – single divans that can be made into doubles, plus a super-king that can be switched back to a twin if needed.

It comes with a large private, enclosed garden and a raised patio with a luxury hot tub. You’re also only a short stroll from a dog-friendly beach.

You can drive right up to the back door, and there’s level access through the utility/boot room straight into the kitchen, which makes unloading really easy.

Inside, the open-plan lounge and dining room sit at the front of the house on level access, offering lovely panoramic views. At the back, there’s a small step up into a spacious double bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. In the middle of the house you’ll find a twin bedroom (which can be made into a double), the family bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen and the utility room, which opens out onto the level patio with outdoor dining furniture and the six-person luxury hot tub. The house is surrounded by enclosed gardens.

Stairs from the lounge/dining area lead up to another roomy double bedroom with a king-sized bed (which can also be split into twins), Velux windows for extra light and views, and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower. Across a small landing there’s a large twin room (again, convertible to a double) overlooking the side garden.

There are smart TVs in the lounge, the kitchen, the downstairs king room and the upstairs king room.

Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and other facilities.

For surfers, or anyone needing extra support while washing, there’s also a wet room with a grab rail just inside the door to the right.
