Meadowfen Cottage, Herefordshire

This cosy Herefordshire retreat is perfect for your group escape with friends and family.

The two properties are linked together and rented as one, giving larger groups plenty of flexibility. You can cook and eat all together or split off if you fancy, with 2 kitchens, 2 lounges (both with TVs) and a big communal dining room. There are also 2 bedrooms and toilets on the ground floor, which is handy for anyone who’s less mobile.

The kitchens open into a large dining room that you can access from either side, with seating for up to 22 people.

Bedrooms

• 2 double bedrooms (one is a super king that can be split into two singles), both with hand basins

• 1 twin bedroom

• 1 room with adult-size bunk beds

• 1 bathroom (bath with shower over)

• 1 double bedroom with 2 extra single beds and an en-suite

• 1 room with bunks (double on the bottom, single on top — suitable for adults)

• 1 twin bedroom

• 1 bathroom (bath with shower over)

Outside, there’s a mature garden with a barbecue and sandpit, plus a games room with a pool table, table tennis and table football. There’s plenty of parking too.

The property is reached by a half-mile farm track, and parking is on concrete right outside the cottage.
