The bedrooms are extra-large, and the house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. You’ll find a full-sized pool table, BBQ area, Sonos music system, log burner, and open-plan kitchen and living areas – ideal for multiple families or large group holidays. It’s in a great spot to enjoy the Derbyshire countryside while still being within walking distance of cafes, shops, and bars.

Self check-in is available. The driveway fits eight cars, plus there’s parking in front of the house and free street parking for extra cars. Spread over two floors with a loft, the seven spacious bedrooms offer 20 beds in total, three of which have en-suite bathrooms.

On the ground floor, there’s eco-friendly underfloor heating, a fireplace with a top-notch log burner, and a modern open-plan kitchen/dining area with a utility room (dishwasher, washer, dryer). The wooden dining table seats 16 comfortably. The games room has a full-sized pool table, table tennis, PlayStation 4, and plenty of board games. There are two living rooms – one with a 65-inch TV and surround sound, the other with a huge sofa for a quieter hangout. Both open onto the patio and garden.

Outside, the garden backs onto woodland and has a BBQ area with covered and uncovered seating, a hot tub, basketball hoop, and football nets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, from baking to big family meals.

The bedrooms are very spacious: 1 super king, 1 king, 5 doubles, 1 bunk bed, and 2 double sofa beds.
