A sweeping driveway leads to the front of the house with ample parking for approximately five cars. Set in half an acre of lawn gardens this property offers privacy and seclusion.

Accommodation

The versatile and comfortably furnished accommodation comprises three individually styled reception rooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen with integrated appliances including twin ovens, microwave, dishwasher and two large fridges. There is a dining room and downstairs cloakroom with WC and washbasin. Things to Note

• One small/medium dog is permitted at a cost of £25. No more than one dog is permitted and must not be allowed into bedrooms. A further charge will be made if not cleaned up after in the garden.
• Music can only be played inside the house with doors and windows closed and not after 10.30pm.
