The house has eight spacious bedrooms sleeping 16, with five extra pull-out beds available for a bit of added flexibility.

Inside, the manor is beautifully decorated, combining its historic character with modern comfort to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. There are several lounge areas to relax in — whether you’re chatting over a glass of wine, curling up with a book, or watching a film, there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The large dining room is perfect for long, sociable meals or big celebrations, with plenty of room for everyone to gather around the table.

From April to October, you can also enjoy a touch of glamping within the grounds, with space for up to four extra guests. It’s a lovely way to experience the outdoors, combining rustic charm with a few home comforts, all surrounded by peaceful countryside views.

The beautifully landscaped gardens are a real highlight, with panoramic views of rolling hills and woodland all around. Spend your days relaxing in the outdoor seating area, enjoying a game on the private tennis court, or sinking into the hot tub with a glass of something bubbly.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, with modern appliances and plenty of space for preparing meals together. Or, if you’d rather take it easy, you can hire a local caterer to prepare delicious dishes for your group, so you can just sit back and enjoy.

• Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but we kindly ask that they stay on the ground floor and off the furniture. There’s a small additional charge per dog.

• During the winter months, we provide a basket of logs, kindling, and firelighters to keep things cosy.
