Little Northcott is a beautiful, access –friendly four-bedroom property, tucked away in a secluded corner of our working farm in the valley of Northcott. Perfect for large families or two families holidaying together, the property has spacious living accommodation for up to eight people with flexible bed configuration (Single divans that can can make doubles and a super-king which can be converted back to a twin).

Little Northcott also has a large private enclosed garden with raised patio with luxury hot tub. Little Northcott is only a 15 minute walk from the dog-friendly beach of Northcott Mouth and the Cornish Coast Path, and two miles from the popular seaside resort of Bude, with its wealth of activities, restaurants and pubs (the local village pub is only half a mile away.)

Take the children to meet the cows, pigs, Bubbles and Tiny Tim the ponies, Rosie the donkey and our family’s horses who are all residents at Northcott Farm.

Ground Floor

Guests can drive right up to the back door, with level access via the utility/boot room directly into its kitchen, making unloading your goods very easy.

Inside the house you have the open plan lounge and dining room at the front of the property which of which is level access and provide panoramic views over our farmland out to the coast.  At the rear of the house, there is a small step up into the spacious double bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite shower room, featuring walk-in shower and wc; in the middle of the house, 1 twin bedroom (that can be converted to a double) next door to the family bathroom; fully equipped kitchen; utility room, with side door out to the level patio with outdoor dining furniture; luxury six-person hot tub. The house is surrounded by its enclosed gardens.

First Floor

Stairs lead from the open planned lounge and dining room up to another spacious double bedroom with king-sized bed (that can be separated to make 2 twins), Velux windows which let in extra light and views, and en-suite shower room with walk-in raindrop shower; across the small landing there is also a large twin bedroom (that can be converted to a double) overlooking the side garden.

Little Northcott also offers smart TV’s in the lounge, kitchen downstairs king bedroom and upstairs king bedroom.

Things to note 

• Also available is our Cosy Cabin next door which can provide extra accommodation for up to two guests who want a bit of space from the rest of the group!
• Up to 3 well behaved dogs are welcome for an extra fee of £20/dog and guests are asked to bring their dog baskets or cages to lie in when in the house.
• Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and facilities at Court Farm, we advise booking between midday and 3pm as those are the quietest times
• For anyone that is a keen surfer or needs extra amenities when washing such as a grab rail there is a wet room located just inside the door to the right.
