Hye House is a Manor house only 2 hours out of London and offers a true disconnect from the fast pace of modern life. This Grade II listed house is nestled upon 3.5 acres of East Sussex countryside, giving it a tranquil, secluded ambience. The house has been featured in many TV shows and sets the perfect backdrop for all manner of events. Featuring a swimming pool (unheated), a private gym, expansive grounds and an orangery.

Bedrooms

There is a total of 11 bedrooms with a combination of double and twin rooms. Two of the twin rooms are located on the ground floor and are accessible.

Bedroom 1: 1 x double bed with en-suite.

First floor:

Bedroom 2: Extra-super king & en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3: Double & en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 4: Double & en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 5: Double & en-suite shower room.

Second floor:

Bedroom 6: 3 x single beds & en-suite shower room (suitable for 2 adults or 3 children)
Bedroom 7: 2 x single beds & en-suite shower room (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children)
Bedroom 8: 2 x single beds & en-suite shower room (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children)
Bedroom 9: 2 x single beds & en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 10: Double bed & en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 11: Double bed & en-suite shower room.

Things to Note

• Minimum 3 night stay.
• The historic 1066 town of Battle is only 5 minutes away, and Hastings seafront with fresh fish, amusement arcades and antique shops are 10 minutes away.
• A short 15-minute drive from Bexhill Beach, making it ideal for those want to explore the coast.
• The ground floor offers full disabled access and a disabled toilet, wet room shower that can be used and is wheelchair friendly with handrails.
• Disabled facilities need to be discussed prior to booking so we can arrange.
• The gym studio has weights, mats and boxing gloves. It doesn’t have any cardio machines.
