Accommodation 1 – sleeps 6

This has a fully equipped kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher, and washing machine, plus a huge open-plan dining and lounge area with seating for 8+. Downstairs there’s a double/twin bedroom and an accessible wet room. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 double/twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower.

The kitchen is perfect for group meals and comes with:

• Electric double oven and microwave

• Fridge and freezer

• Washing machine

• Fully stocked cupboards with pots, pans, cutlery, and dishware

The lounge has two big comfy sofas, a colour TV, and plenty of space for board games or just chilling out. There’s also a snug for cosy reading or games.

Accommodation 2 – sleeps 2

A cosy studio with a unique round kitchen, designed to match the original circular oast house. It has an electric oven, microwave, sink, and all the pots, pans, cutlery, and dishware you’ll need.

There’s a comfy sofa, colour TV, and a master bedroom with a king-sized bed. The bathroom has a shower, freestanding bath, sink, and toilet. Perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for something a bit different.

Accommodation 3 – sleeps 2

A simple, ensuite bedroom, ideal if you don’t need cooking facilities or want an extra room for a larger group. It has a double bed that can be twin or super-king, a colour TV, music system, kettle, and small fridge. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Countryside walks and a great pub are just steps away.

Things to note

• Accommodation 1 has a flat car park, with 3 stone steps to the front door. Disabled access is at the back.

• The wet room has grab rails and a shower chair can be provided. Hoists, oxygen, and carers can also be arranged if needed.

• Accommodation 2 has steep stairs, so may not suit all guests.

• Accommodation 3 has 2 low steps to enter and a small step to the shower, otherwise all level.

This setup makes it easy for families, groups, and friends of all ages to enjoy a relaxed holiday together.
