This cosy Devon hideaway has five bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 people — ideal for a chilled, relaxing break with family or friends.

Each of the five bedrooms can be set up as a superking or two singles, and all come with luxurious white bedding and fluffy towels.

There’s a sofa bed on the ground floor, perfect for anyone who can’t manage the stairs.

The 10-metre swimming pool is heated all year round and just a minute’s walk across the patio from the house. It’s covered with an enclosure, and we keep it properly treated during your stay. Pool floats are provided for a bit of fun.

You’ll have full WiFi throughout the property. The kitchen is well equipped with a large electric induction cooker, tall fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Tassimo coffee maker (starter pods provided), microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, and a 43″ Samsung TV with internet. There’s also a Bluetooth speaker, plus a whisk and hand blender.

The house comes stocked with crockery, pots, pans, cake tins, utensils, soft toilet rolls, bin liners, cleaning products (including laundry liquid), handwash, dishwasher tablets and teabags. You’ll just need to bring your own shampoo and body products.

There’s plenty of parking for at least six cars in the private driveway. Heating is provided via woodchips, keeping the house warm and cosy.
