Welcome to Coulscott’s Georgian House, a luxurious retreat boasting five bedrooms that sleep nine guests, which can be further expanded with two extra beds and cots that can be arranged.

Upon entering The Georgian House, you are greeted by elegant Dining and Sitting rooms flanking the entrance hall. Upstairs, two king-size bedrooms offer en-suite facilities and panoramic valley views. Both of these bedrooms can accommodate an additional single bed (chargeable extra). Nestled between the king sized bedrooms is a cozy single bedroom with the same captivating vista.

Moving to the rear of the house, you will find charming beamed rooms. A marble-lined family bathroom awaits, featuring a glass walk-in shower, a roll-top bath, and a wash hand basin. Two more bedrooms,  one zip and link super-king/twin (an additional single bed can be added as a chargeable extra) and one twin bedroom – both with ancient beams, provide serene comfort.

The ground floor hallway leads to a convenient downstairs toilet and a snug area with 50 inch smart TV, flowing into a well-equipped kitchen with a range cooker and a farmhouse table. The kitchen opens to the garden room, housing table tennis and table football. This space extends to a private south-facing terrace with a hot tub, barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor rattan dining suite.

Should you be looking for a larger option the grand Georgian extension, constructed two centuries ago, seamlessly blends with the original 16th century farmhouse, featuring a discreet bookcase-concealed passage connecting the dining Room to The Old Farmhouse’s Kitchen. By combining both properties, a total of seventeen guests can be accommodated,  this combined property is called “Coulscott House”.
