Each of the 11 ensuite bedrooms comes with a king bed (one room has a queen), so a good night’s sleep is guaranteed. The colourful, vibrant décor makes the rooms feel welcoming, and many offer lovely views of the gardens. All rooms include ensuite bathrooms, comfy seating, a desk, a flat-screen TV with streaming, and a tea and coffee station. Each room also has a fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings. The property is also accessible for disabled guests.

Set on acres of countryside in the Lake District, this property blends historic charm with modern luxury. It features elegant lounges, a bar, snooker and dining rooms, 11 designer suites (all but one with a bath and shower), tea and coffee stations, a state-of-the-art kitchen, guest laundry, and WiFi — the ultimate countryside escape.

This three-storey mansion is packed with entertainment. There’s a 16-seater hot tub, a curated book collection, full-size snooker table, darts, foosball, Xbox, Swingball, basketball and loads of other lawn games.

Accessibility is well thought out, with a dedicated accessible suite, an elevator serving all three floors, and a workstation with a printer.

A £1,000 security deposit is requested two weeks before your stay and returned shortly after, assuming no damage. For “Hens” or “Stag” parties, a £2,000 deposit applies. Breaches of house rules may result in fines deducted from the deposit.

Being a countryside property, sound carries, so please be mindful: no loud or amplified music (live or recorded) between 23:00 and 08:00.

Guests can pre-order alcohol if needed — just give us at least 15 working days’ notice so we can have it ready for check-in.

The property sleeps a maximum of 22 people. Day visitors and commercial events aren’t allowed.
