Tucked away in acres of gardens and parkland, the place feels properly secluded and private.

You get total peace and quiet, but you’re still within easy reach of London by both road and rail. Inside, the rooms are big and airy, and there’s a lovely south-facing York stone terrace with brilliant views over the gardens and park.

There are 7 bedrooms across two floors: 3 with en-suite bathrooms, a bunk room with a bathroom next door, a couple of doubles, plus a futon room with a king and up to three singles, which share bathrooms and two separate shower rooms along the hall.

The terrace has a big table and chairs under a pergola, along with more seating on the stone terrace. There’s a gas BBQ, a fire pit, and a large lawn area ideal for croquet, games, dance sessions and whatever else you fancy.

Right outside the back door you’ll find a heated pool (open in the summer months, 15 April to 15 October) and a pool house with two fridge freezers, a sink area and a sauna.

There’s plenty of secure parking for up to 20 cars.

Sadly, the property isn’t suitable for disabled access.
