This beautiful holiday retreat sleeps up to 28 guests comfortably across six ensuite bedrooms and combines traditional charm with modern style and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay.

Whether you’re planning a family break, a celebration, a work meeting, a team getaway, or a hen or stag do, it’s the ideal spot. Well-behaved pets are welcome too for a small extra fee.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 – Oak four-poster king-size bed and one single bed. Space for up to two extra single beds if needed (available on request). Ensuite with bath. Sleeps up to 5.

Bedroom 2 – Oak four-poster super-king bed and one single bed, with room for one extra single (on request). Ensuite with bath and large walk-in shower. Sleeps up to 4.

Bedroom 3 – Brass king-size bed, one single bed, and a single sofa bed (set up on request). Space for one extra single bed if needed (on request). Ensuite with bath and large walk-in shower. Sleeps up to 5.

Second Floor

Bedroom 4 – Super-king bed, single bed and a snug double sofa bed. Space for one more single (on request). Ensuite with bath. Sleeps up to 6.

Bedroom 5 – Queen-size bed and one single bed, with room for another single if needed. Ensuite with bath and shower. Sleeps up to 4.

Bedroom 6 – King bed and one single bed, plus space for one extra single (on request). Ensuite with large walk-in shower. Sleeps up to 4.

Outside

The garden has a lovely terrace and pergola surrounded by raised flower beds, with the rest laid to lawn — perfect for sunbathing or garden games. You’ll find goal posts, croquet, swings for the kids, hockey sticks and rounders bats.

There are two barbecues — one gas and one charcoal — with fuel provided for both. There’s loads of outdoor seating, several parasols, eight sun loungers, and a fire pit with logs ready to go.

Good to know

Each bathroom comes stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet roll, and towels.

A hot tub for six is available to hire for £200 – please ask for details and remember to bring your own towels for that.

The house is a joy all year round — perfect for summer barbecues in the sunshine or cosy evenings by the log fire in winter. At Christmas, the house is fully decorated with trees, candles and festive touches throughout December.

Booking for Larger Groups

If you’re hosting a bigger group, you can also book Campden Barn (sleeps 18, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) alongside this property. Together, they can accommodate up to 46 guests (some sharing beds) or 39 in separate beds.

When both properties are booked, you’ll also have access to The Barn — a great extra space for dining, parties, or meetings.

The Barn

A bright, versatile space ideal for parties, games or business use. It has a large projector screen, plenty of tables and chairs, and can easily be set up for dining or meetings.

• Ground Floor: Open plan area with seating for around 50 people at four long tables. 120″ projector screen with Bluetooth, USB, and HDMI connections.

• First Floor: Games room with a full-size snooker table, football table, poker table, and a comfy chill-out area.
