Tucked away in the heart of the Kent countryside, these three fantastic holiday properties – the main barn and two charming cottages – are all yours to enjoy exclusively during your stay. It’s the perfect spot for families or friends to make memories together, while still having your own space to unwind.

The main barn is a stunning conversion that combines modern style with original character. It features three beautiful double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room – one even has a roll-top bath in the bedroom. Downstairs, the huge open-plan living area is flooded with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a cosy wood burner, a large, well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to gather around the dining table, which seats all ten guests comfortably.

Next door, the first cottage is a gorgeous retreat for two, designed with care and attention to detail. It has a super king-size bed, a luxurious spa-style bathroom, and a large, comfy sofa in front of a wood-burning stove – perfect for a cosy evening in.

Beside it, the second cottage offers stylish studio accommodation. The upcycled parquet flooring feels warm underfoot, and the modern kitchen with cast concrete worktops and the sleek wet room make it a really special space. There’s also a comfy king-size bed to sink into after a day exploring.

You’ll have exclusive use of the hot tub for the duration of your stay – feel free to enjoy it at any time, but please respect the quiet hours between 11pm and 8am.

During the summer months (usually early May to late September, weather permitting), guests also have exclusive access to the outdoor heated swimming pool between 9am and 4pm. Pool towels are provided.

Next to the pool, the cabana is the perfect hangout spot, complete with outdoor dining furniture, a large hammock bed, shaded area, and even a fridge. There’s also a handy toilet and shower room nearby.

In the gardens, there’s a shared firepit for evening warmth and barbecues, plus fixed BBQs outside the main barn and the first cottage for alfresco dining.

There’s private parking for four cars close to the properties, with space for one extra car if needed – just ask where best to park it.

• Unlimited Wi-Fi (up to 70mb) available across all three properties

• Full access to all three properties, gardens, firepit area, and private outdoor spaces with seating and BBQs (utensils provided)

• Exclusive use of the heated outdoor swimming pool and pool house (9am–4pm weekdays, 9am–12pm weekends – extended hours available by arrangement for £50/day)

• Exclusive use of the hot tub outside the main barn (no time restrictions, but please respect quiet hours 11pm–8am)
