The house has been fully refurbished and includes an infra-red sauna with en-suite shower, an amusement arcade, a dining room that seats 16, and a lounge with three comfy sofas, a 65-inch TV, and 3D surround sound.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a large gas hob and oven, fridge, and dishwasher, and there’s a separate utility room with an extra fridge and freezer, sink, washing machine and dryer, and plenty of space to store golf clubs, bikes, surfboards, wetsuits, and other beach gear.

Two sets of patio doors lead to a south-facing patio with a BBQ area, outdoor sofa, and armchairs. Plus, there’s a fun kids’ secret room hidden behind a bookcase.

Hen groups are welcome by arrangement, but stag groups aren’t allowed. Pets are by prior agreement only.
