This is a brilliant spot for groups of friends or families wanting to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy a proper multi-generational family holiday.

The beautiful stone farmhouse and modern black timber guest suites have been styled by a local interior designer, so each part of the house has its own unique look and feel. It’s a perfect mix of contemporary style and cosy country charm that everyone will enjoy.

There’s an impressive dining hall that seats 21 or more if you’re having a stand-up canape party, plus plenty of lounge areas for everyone to hang out and chat. With nine bedrooms all featuring king-size beds and eight bathrooms, plus three sofa beds for adults and five blow-up camp beds, the house comfortably sleeps 21 adults and five kids (plus babies in arms).

Outside, the gardens have been carefully landscaped to make the most of the amazing views across the valley and the way the sunlight moves throughout the day.

You’re just a short drive from the famous literary town of Hay on Wye, and a little further on, you’ve got the charming Black and White villages of Herefordshire and the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park.

Things to note

• Children and dogs are very welcome

• Bedrooms are spread between the main house and guest annexe, giving everyone a bit of privacy

• Outside you’ll find a dining area overlooking the huge garden with incredible views, a huge 9-person hot tub, a stargazing spot by the kadai fire pit, a games room with ping pong and darts, plus a separate workshop room for activities

• There’s loads of group activities nearby, including walks and hikes from the doorstep for all ages (just ask us for more info)
