These beautifully renovated farm buildings sit on acres of Somerset farmland, offering unique places to stay in a peaceful, retreat-style setting.

The bedrooms are a mix of twins and doubles, each with its own private entrance, tea and coffee facilities and an outdoor seating area. Our four double rooms were once cattle sheds and still show off their original character, with exposed wooden beams and stone walls. The four twin rooms were converted from an old milking parlour and have a slightly more modern feel, finished with lovely illustrative wallpapers. We also have a fully accessible bedroom with an en-suite wet room, and all communal areas are wheelchair friendly. There’s a mobility lift and supportive equipment in the toilets too. For extra comfort, all beds are made with freshly pressed 100% cotton linen, and we provide towels and locally sourced bath products.

We’re big on biodiversity and sustainability here in the heart of rural Somerset. The Granary has solar panels that power the whole site, and our water comes from a natural spring which we treat, filter and soften on-site. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler that burns wood pellets, making the whole place carbon neutral and self-sufficient.
