This cosy four-bedroom holiday home in Warwickshire sleeps up to eight and is spot on for a family break or a getaway with a small group of friends.

This cottage is full of charm, with original oak beams inside and out and loads of character throughout. It was once two separate farm workers’ cottages, but it’s now been opened up and extended into a lovely four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with three reception rooms. Outside, there’s a pretty garden and patio area, complete with a brand-new, large hot tub.

When you step inside, you’ll find a cosy snug that leads through to the dining room, which has a table for eight and doors opening out onto the terrace and garden. The lounge has enough seating for everyone and a large 65″ smart TV with all the usual channels, plus Netflix, Prime, iPlayer, YouTube and more (just bring your own logins for the paid apps).

Upstairs, reached via a traditional cottage staircase, are the bedrooms. The master has a super-king bed (which can be set up as twins if you prefer), a smart TV, and an en-suite with a rainfall shower. Bedroom two also has a super-king that can be split into twins. Bedrooms three and four both come with two single beds. All the rooms feature classic beams and plenty of that cosy cottage feel.

The location is ideal, close to Stratford-upon-Avon, Henley-in-Arden and lots of pretty local villages. There’s plenty to do nearby, from Shakespeare attractions to boat hire on the river and visits to the racecourse.

We want guests to have a brilliant stay, but we do ask that everyone is considerate of the neighbours, who live here for the quiet and tranquillity.
