This Norfolk retreat is set in a few acres of lovely grounds, has a total of 14-bedrooms and sleeps up to 34 guests. Perfect for big get-togethers, family reunions.

Out the back, you’ll find a large patio area that’s easy to get to from both the kitchen and main reception room. It’s kitted out with tables, chairs, and a big gas BBQ – perfect for a bit of outdoor dining or evening drinks.

The land is mostly surrounded by hedges, with open parkland stretching out on three sides, giving you that peaceful countryside feel.

Accommodation

The property includes a self-contained, 3 bedroom wing with its own private entrance and secure, dog-proof garden. It’s full of character, complete with a beautiful fireplace and original bread oven.

Inside, there are three double bedrooms. The master is a stunning mezzanine above the main living space, with a super-king bed. The second bedroom – called Narnia – is connected to the master through a secret door at the back of the wardrobe (as well as by the normal stairs!). The third bedroom is a comfortable double on the ground floor.

The open-plan living area has plenty of charm, featuring a log burner and lots of original details. There are also three shower rooms in total – two of them en-suite.
