This property is ideal for big family get-togethers, groups of friends, work trips or any group of up to 32 people who want to have a whole property to themselves for 3 to 7 days.

There are 13 beautifully done-up bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so everyone gets a comfortable stay. Outside, you’ve got 10 acres of well-kept grounds to wander around, lovely countryside views, and even a garden swing. Inside, you can light the fire in the lounge, have dinner around the big boardroom table, and enjoy a drink in our quirky little under-stairs bar.

Accommodation One

This property has 2 bedrooms and is perfect for couples or a family of up to 4. It’s also dog-friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs. Guests staying here can use an enclosed garden just around the corner where the dogs can have a run, and of course there are 10 acres of grounds right outside to explore.

Everything’s on the ground floor, including a hallway, a living/dining room with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with a bathroom, and another double bedroom with an en-suite shower. Both beds are zip-locked super-king size and can be split into 4 singles if you need.

The property has a small front garden, private parking and free Wi-Fi. Bedding, towels and toiletries are all included, and every booking comes with a little welcome pack.

Accommodation Two

This property has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 guests. It’s been freshly decorated with a new fitted kitchen and works well for couples or families. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, reached by a small set of stairs from the lounge.

On the ground floor you’ll find an entrance hall, a lounge with a 50″ Smart TV, a fully fitted kitchen and utility room, a dining room, and a wet room with a shower.

• 13 individually designed bedrooms, a mix of doubles, large doubles and suites, most with views over the grounds or over the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.
• Suites have sofa beds and can sleep up to four.
