With the beautiful coastlines of Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire just a short drive away, this is a cracking holiday house all year round.

It’s a spacious, detached place with nine large bedrooms and eight bathrooms, most of them en-suite, so there’s plenty of room for everyone.

There are two big, fully equipped kitchens with everything you need — Quooker taps, air fryers, coffee pod machines, dishwashers, fridge freezers, ovens, hobs, microwaves, you name it.

The dining room seats 20, and the large sitting room has loads of comfy seating. Plus, there’s a small cinema room where you can bring your games console if you fancy. The whole house has Wi-Fi and all the modern gadgets you’d expect.

We’ve got space for travel cots (and we have one you can use).

This place is perfect for big, multi-generational family holidays or any large group.

Outside, there’s plenty of parking and an onsite EV charger.

We’re dog friendly, with no limits on numbers or breeds. There’s a large, secure off-lead play paddock for the dogs, complete with water and a poo bin.

For a bit of fun, there’s a football goal and a basketball hoop too.

You can relax around the big outdoor fire pit and seating area while enjoying stunning views across the farm.

There are lovely walks right from the house through some beautiful countryside, and nearby you can explore working mills and a bunch of castles.
