Welcome to this 7 Bedroom Coastal Retreat, a spacious and stylish holiday home designed for unforgettable group getaways on the Northumberland coast. Sleeping up to 15 guests (with space for up to 2 additional guests on request), the property features seven ensuite bedrooms, generous living spaces and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax in the cosy lounge with its open fire and Smart TV, enjoy meals together in the large dining room, cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, or keep everyone entertained in the games room with table football, children’s games and another Smart TV. Outside, you’ll find a large private garden, off-street parking for five or more vehicles, and room for up to two dogs (£25 per pet, per stay).

Perfectly located for exploring Northumberland, the house is an ideal base for discovering the region’s stunning coastline, golden beaches, historic castles and incredible wildlife. Take a boat trip to the Farne Islands to spot puffins and seals, visit the iconic Bamburgh Castle, explore Alnwick Castle and Gardens, or venture to Holy Island and Northumberland National Park. Whether you’re planning coastal walks, family adventures, wildlife watching or simply looking to unwind by the sea, you’ll find plenty to see and do within easy reach, along with excellent local restaurants, shops and traditional pubs.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property throughout their stay, with each bedroom offering its own private ensuite and lockable door if required. To help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay, parties and events are not permitted, quiet hours begin at 10:30pm, and privacy-compliant noise monitoring devices (which do not record conversations) and external entrance CCTV are in place.
