Welcome to this 17 Bedroom Exclusive use Pub Retreat in Lincolnshire, a distinctive self-catering venue sleeping up to 40 guests. Set within a characterful Grade II listed former pub, it offers 16 actual bedrooms plus 1 additional cottage snug room with Hypnos sofa bed. There are 12 bathrooms or shower rooms across the accommodation, comprising nine en-suites and three shared bathrooms.

The sociable ground floor covers a huge area and is designed for memorable group stays. The 15 meter private traditional bar is the centrepiece, with further piano bar snug, open-plan dining and function space seating 40-50, dance floor with disco lights and wall of mirrors, games area featuring a pool table, darts, an arcade machine and giant scrabble. Large open plan kitchen with NEFF appliances support self-catering stays, additional smaller kitchen, landscaped waterside terrace provides outdoor seating, dining space and a private mooring.

The venue can recommend many local friends to make your stay memorable, from award winning chefs, caterers, DJ’s & magicians to singers, paintball & archery and other local activities. With three working bar pumps they can also ask another local pub to set you up to pull your own pints!

This exclusive-use retreat is suited to family celebrations, reunions, milestone occasions, weddings and corporate gatherings. A separate cottage sleeping up to six guests may also be available on request as optional extra accommodation. Linen and towels are provided, Wi-Fi is included and there is private parking for approximately 16-20 cars. The venue is non-smoking, does not accept pets and operates firm evening noise rules; all-male groups require prior approval.

As a former pub and hotel the venue can be your perfect DIY wedding venue. Your wedding day should be exactly how you and your partner want it which means you get to enjoy the food and drink you love, dance or listen to the music you like and have the decorations you want.

Unlike other large houses to hire for events, this venue is a completely blank canvas for you to put your own creative stamp on whether that’s a small intimate event, ceremony with just a few friends or an all-singing, all-dancing weekend-long celebration. Stock your own bar with free drinks. Use your own caterer. Extra capacity for an additional 10 guests only on the day of your event or wedding. Licenced for civil ceremonies. There is a one-off small additional charge for holding a wedding at the venue.
